Services are informational and environmental in nature. Medical limitations are addressed separately in our Disclaimer.

Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit, where applicable. Fees, travel charges, and service scope will be outlined prior to engagement.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate property information

• Ensure safe access to the property

• Use recommendations responsibly

Implementation decisions remain the responsibility of the client.

Any electrical, plumbing, or structural work must be performed by properly licensed professionals in accordance with applicable codes.

Reports, materials, and website content are the property of My Quiet Home, LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Quiet Home, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and Arizona.

My Quiet Home, LLC values clarity and fairness in all service engagements.

Deposits secure appointment time and may be non-refundable depending on timing and travel commitments.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling requests will be accommodated when possible.

Once an on-site assessment has been performed and a report delivered, services are considered complete and non-refundable.

We recognize that unforeseen situations may arise. Refund decisions outside standard policy are at our discretion.
